Membership Categories

Member Type	Type of Category
Physician Membership	Open to all licensed physicians (MD or DO).
Physician-in-Training Membership	Open to interns, residents and fellows not yet in active practice.
Student Membership	Open to any medical student attending an accredited school.
Associate Membership	Open to any degreed health care professional (i.e. RNs, PAs, RDs, NPs, PhDs, etc.).
Affiliate Membership	Open to all office staff of a current ASBP physician member. Must be nominated by physician member.

To apply, click here to go to the Applications page, print out the appropriate application, complete it and FAX it to ASBP at 303.779.4834.

To renew memberships, please do the following:

• Login to the website (click here to go to the login page)
• Click on the My Transactions link (on the left side of the screen)
• Click on   (on the right side of the screen)
• Check off the box next to the open order (for your dues renewal) by clicking on it and then select Next
• Fill out the credit card information and select Next
• Review your information and select Submit
