HIRING MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER (LCSW)

Mission Hospital, located in Asheville, N.C., and its weight management program offered through the Mission Weight Management Center at Mission Hospital have been designated as a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence®. Mission Weight Management is seeking a full-time Mental Health Provider (LCSW) to support the department by functioning as a member of an integrated health care team and by collaborating and coordinating with medical and rehabilitation staff as the clinical provider of counseling services to patients within individual and group clinical settings. Requirements for this role include:

Required Education: Master’s Degree, Social Work Required License: Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), State of North Carolina with the ability to bill Medicaid Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience.
Preferred Experience: 5 years of post graduate experience providing psychotherapy to adults in the fields of weight management addictions, cognitive behavioral therapy and developmental skills training.
