Dr. Deborah Bade Horn is Board certified in Family, General Preventive, and Bariatric Medicine. She presents regularly in a variety of educational formats and venues on Physical Activity, Obesity, and Weight-related co-morbidities.
Dr. Horn received her DO degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Missouri. Dr. Horn received two Master degrees in Exercise Physiology and Public Health & Physical Activity.
